About Private Camps
Our private camps are designed specifically for YOUR teams’ needs. SCPA has designed a curriculum focusing on technique, style, and precision qualities of championship teams. We know what it takes to get your team to the next level. We will not only bring you new ideas and ways to improve technique, but will also provide custom choreography
What Can You Expect and What We Offer
• Talented instructors and choreographers
• 6.5 hours -7 hours of intense training per day
• Camp focus geared to your needs; Technique, choreography, strengthening, etc
• Team building activities and exercises to help your group perform together as a unit
• Hands on critiquing of individuals
• Instructor evaluation of your past/or current performance and tips on areas to improve your ability to compete with other teams
• 2, 3, or 4 day private camps

Team Intensive Camps
Intensive camps are held on weekends and can be scheduled thoughout the year. Camps are tailored to your team and can be one or two days.
Our rates are based on a minimum of 15 dancers per intensive - there is no maximum. For teams smaller than 15, please contact us for a quote. The tuition for this summer for private camps is as follows:
$40 per person for a one day intensive
$80 per person for a two day intensive
Summer Camp Rates

$125 per person for a 3 day camp
Camp Instructor Professional Dancer and Choreographer Sara Willcutt
Sara trained at many Twin Cities dance studios including Zenon Dance Company, Ballet Arts, Stage Door Dance for Performing Arts, The FIRM, Dance Spectrum, the Minnesota Conservatory for the Arts, and the University of Wisconsin Madison Dance Program. She danced for the Faribault high school dance team, a team that has taken 1st place in the state competition most every year since 1997. She danced with and was a captain on the Augsburg College Dance Team. She stayed on to coach 4 years. Sara started the Ascending Star Dance Team in 2004 and was the director and a dancer 3 years. Sara taught for Just for Kix summer camps and hosted workshops with the Augsburg Dance Team. She has danced professionally for various events and was a member of the 2007 Swarm Performance Team. Sara is the Owner of Ascending Star Dance, an Internet Dance Magazine. Her goal is to connect dancers and give them the opportunities and training to succeed. Currently Sara dances with the Diamond Dancers form the Milwaukee Brewers.
