Birthday Party Packages

Package A ($125.00) Party for up to 10 people. Every person beyond 10 is $5.00 extra per person. You provide: invitations, party favor bags, cake, plates, silverware and all extra food and beverages. SCPA will provide: 45 minute dance lesson in ballet, jazz or tap. 45 minutes for cake and presents. Use of two studios-one studio will be set up for a dance lesson another studio will be set up with tables with tablecloths, chairs and a cooler with ice to be used for present opening and cake. Clean up will be provided by SCPA.

 

Package B ($225.00) Party for up to 15 people. Every person beyond 15 is $5.00 extra per person. You will provide: invitations, party favor bags and any extra food. SCPA will provide: 45 minute dance lesson in ballet, jazz or tap. 45 minutes for cake and presents. Use of two studios-one studio will be set up for a dance lesson another studio will be set up with tables & tablecloths, chairs and a cooler with beverages, cake, plates, silverware and a special present for the birthday boy or girl. Clean up will be provided by SCPA.

 

Package C ($325.00) Party for up to 15 people. Every person beyond 15 is $5.00 extra per person. SCPA will provide: 60 minute dance lesson in ballet, jazz or tap. 60 minutes for cake and presents. An SCPA instructor will join you at the party to play additional dance games with the party. Use of two studios-one studio will be set up for a dance lesson another studio will be set up with tables & tablecloths, party favor bags for each chairs and a cooler with beverages, cake, additional snacks and food, plates, silverware and a special present for the birthday boy or girl. You will receive invitations with directions and all information for attendees before the party. If you submit your guest list to SCPA 3 weeks before we will handle all mailing of invitations. Clean up will be provided by SCPA.

 

  • Birthday parties are available on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays. Availability is based upon instructor availability and studio availability.

  • All parties must be booked a minimum of 4 weeks in advance. At the time of booking the party a 50% deposit non-refundable deposit is due. The balance is due on the day of the party.

  • We are also open to hosting any type of theme party that your child is interested in. For ideas, come to the front office to view a scrapbook of past parties.
