As Peter, Michael, John, and Wendy fly through the sky, the audience is immediately swept away to Never Never Land. The short, comic format of Peter Pan engages even the youngest audience members and introduces classical ballet intermingled with great theatrical performance.
Meredith Willson’s The Music Man
Meredith Wilson's The Music Man is one of the towering classics of American musical theater. Generation after generation and revival after revival, The Music Man continues to entertain with it's story of a determined con man against a town full of "neck bowed Hawkeyes." Professor Harold Hill, a con man who makes his living selling boys bands, comes to River City, Iowa to separate the good citizens from their money. Unfortunately, Hill doesn’t count on Marian, the librarian, and his plans go astray.
West Side Story
Originally produced in 1957, West Side Story casts the timeless story of Romeo and Juliet into the gritty world of New York Street gangs. Tony and Maria meet at a high school dance. Maria, recently arrived from Puerto Rico is the sister of Bernardo, leader of the Sharks. Tony is a former leader of the Jets, a rival gang. Their doomed dream of finding "a place for us" plays out against a world of prejudice and warfare.

Nutcracker
A long-time favorite that has become a holiday tradition, The Nutcracker brings the magical story of Clara and her wonderful present to life.
It is Christmas Eve at the Silberhaus home, and a lavish celebration is underway. Guests have arrived and are about to toast the lighting of the tree, when a knock on the door announces the arrival of the mysterious and magical Uncle Drosselmeyer. His magic begins with dancing dolls, gifts for all the children, and a "Nutcracker" doll for Clara. The party ends and Clara returns to find her beloved Nutcracker. Falling asleep on the sofa, she dreams mice are stealing the presents, led by the wicked Mouse King. Toy soldiers under the command of the Prince defend the frightened Clara. Clara and her Prince are summoned by the Snow Queen to the Land of Snow and Sweets. The Christmas Angels tell the Sugar Plum Fairy of her arrival and she is appointed Princess. Clara is entertained by dancing dolls from all parts of the world. Clara, along with her Prince, is transported back to her home in a sleigh.
The Wizard of Oz
L. Frank Baums' wonderful Land of Oz has enchanted children for over one hundred years. Numerous stage adaptations have been written including two different musical versions. The StageWorks production is the version that most closely follows the movie. Dorothy Gale runs away so that the nasty Miss Gulch can't have her dog, Toto, destroyed. During a tornado, she is knocked unconscious and transported "over the rainbow" to Oz. She travels the yellow brick road in an effort to find the great wizard, who can help her get back to Kansas. Along the way, she meets many weird and wonderful citizens of Oz.
